Very convenient location for shopping. I could find all kinds of restaurants and bars around the hotel. The room is not big but comfort and clean. For a shooping guy who spends whole day and night time in shops, small room is not a problem at al.

The set of breakfast is far far below my expectation. As a globel hotel group member, the breakfast is too bad.

The size of the room was plesently surprising for a Hong Kong hotel. The included breakfast was unexpected and offered a good choice.

The lack of bar soap in favor of liquid pump soap, particularly in the shower, was not appreciated.

The staff was not well-trained. The concierge did not provide good avdvice. Breakfast staff spoke little English.

good location. value for money. the room was ok and so was the bathroom. we loved the japanese restaurant and the dessert place!!! super yummy food!!!!

Location was excellent. Close to the tram stop & bus to Repulse bay. Next to Times Square for food and shops. Price for an Island location was excellent. Most important factor was that it accomodated 4 people in one room which was hard to find elsewhere.

Location is perfect i just cross the street and i am Already in times square (lane crawford) i walk a little more and i am in causeway bay mtr station. Walk three blocks away is sogo department store. Walk next two blocks would be lee gardens where shops like lv chanel hermes prada are located

No buffet breakfast just set breakfast of 5 choices.

Location and price can't be beat. Hotel is right next to Times Sq shopping center & the MTA for subway trips on the Island Line. There's tons of shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was very good (6 choices b/w western/asian style foods w/ vegetarian options), though they could offer more beverage choices (just OJ and coffee/tea included). Free Wifi was great too. Some hotels do not offer this. In room climate control was very powerful, you can set yourself to freeze if you like. Room cleanliness was ok, linens were clean though the carpet & desk chair could have been spot-checked a little more. An incredible value for the location, good for those on a budget. Concierge was very professional and accomodating. Stay here if you plan to do a lot of shopping or exploring the city. Don't stay here if you're looking for luxury accomodations. This place covers the basics.

Found a few "questionable" stains on the carpet and desk chair, though linens were fresh. Also tap water wasn't drinkable (according to a sign in the bathroom) unless boiled. Hotel provided two bottles of water per day for free, but given the heat (summer) they could make more water available. The little things make a difference

Room is clean and spacious. Near to shopping malls, great location.

Larger than normal room, able to accommodate two adults plus a child Friendly staff. Good breakfast included

Not Hotel's fault, but difficult to get taxis, as in a side street.

The room was very noisy. There is no soundy insulation.

It is situated in a very convenient location...and the housekeeping staff is friendly and accomodating.

The room is too small considering the price. The sofabed is terrible! Its like sleeping on a platform with uneven cushioning. And the charge for the extra bed (sofabed) is just outrageous considering its quality and the discomfort it brings. The service of the waitresses in your breakfast area is terrible! Once we asked for coffee four times, and it didn't come ( and the place wasn't that busy during that time). We finished our breakfast and left the area without having coffee. And another time, I didn't have a coffee cup and asked for one. The waitress is just too lazy to get me a cup and instead poured coffee in the plastic glass! Really terrible!!!

Convenience to eating places, subway, shopping. Casual atmosphere
